In this phase, the aim is to gain an in-depth understanding & insight as to how real estate fits into the business plans of our clients so that we can then provide customized services and solutions that allow our clients to save time and money by efficiently achieving their specific short and long-term objectives.

Extensive study and analysis of the real estate sector are prerequisites to making important business decisions. To ensure that our clients have the depth of market information required, we not only interact with property owners, occupants & investors on a regular basis but we also regularly interact with government and quasi-government authorities and various public and private institutions. We then convert market information into value-added knowledge that allow clients to capitalize on inherent opportunities or inform them of the risks involved.

Analysis of the shortlisted property portfolio and various comparison charts help to arrive at the best solution possible.

By the end of this phase, we are ready to implement the solution for the client.

Implementation & Transaction Management
